Calculates Maximum allowable Residential Floor Area, taking into account all of the following:

Baseline Mansionization Ordinance (179,883), Hillside Mansionization Ordinance (181,624), North-East Los Angeles Hillside Ordinance (180,403), The Oaks Hillside Ordinance (181,136), Sunland- Tujunga RFA District Ordinance (180,197)
